We promised information so here it is, we have officially finished gathering the team with whom we will record the next album and everything indicates that we will play together a dozen or so dates in the fall of 2025 promoting our new release.
We are posting a photo taken during yesterday’s rehearsal of the ad’2024 line-up. In three weeks we are going for a photo session with a “professional”.
Thank you for your patience and listening to our music in streaming, around 3000 listeners every month, it makes an impression on us. Thank you for the joint adventure to Paweł who drummed in Internal Quiet from 2017 to 2019.
During the work on the second album, after recording his guitar parts, Dominik Kalisz, long-time guitarist of Internal Quiet, leaves the band. Dominik played two concert tours with Internal Quiet, 2016/2017 ‘Back To The Past Tour’ and 2018/2019 ‘When the Rain Comes Down Tour’, for a total of about 90 concerts. The first album also saw Dominik’s significant participation in recording rhythm guitars. The sound of Internal Quiet from ‘When The Rain Comes Down’ is largely due to Dominik. ‘Dominik is our friend, he resigned from working in ‘IQ’ because he wants to fulfill himself in a different way, with different music. We respect that and keep our fingers crossed that he achieves his intended goals. Our music is evolving towards much stronger sounds, this was probably one of the components of Dominik’s decision. Our breakup is nothing bad, it just happens, and since nothing interferes with our relationship, we remain friends. Working with Dominik was pure pleasure, always on time, always prepared, during the tour he had a lot of other duties which he never failed to fulfill. You could always count on him.’ – writes the band’s leader Sławek Papis
Internal Quiet began 2020 by recording drums for his second album.

The last 3.5 years are for us the time of concerts, promotions, meetings with fans.
We played over 100 concerts, met amazing people, we proved that Hard & Heavy music can appear on Polish Radio (sold out concerts on Radio Opole and Radio Łódź), we covered almost 100,000 kilometers!
Therefore, 2019 is the work on a new album and a break from active playing. Thank you all for your support (Y)

On August 20th INTERNAL QUIET will release their eponymous debut full-length, ‘When The Rain Comes Down‘, for the first time ever on vinyl! The album comes out as strictly limited 300 copies black 180g gatefold release with beautiful graphics and new mastering done by one and only Grzegorz Piwkowski at High End Audio.
This fall, INTERNAL QUIET will head out on the road in Poland with The Mind Parasites, Dormant Dissident & Męczenie Owiec for a long run September/December trek. INTERNAL QUIET will be touring in support of their ‘When The Rain Comes Down‘ album – which can be previewed and purchased at:
